FCC SDOC

1. Certification Overview

SDoC stands for Supplier's Declaration of Conformity. The equipment supplier tests equipment against applicable standards or requirements and provides supporting documents, such as the SDoC declaration, as evidence of compliance. The SDoC policy simplifies earlier FCC procedures, replacing FCC VoC and FCC DoC, permitting electronic labels and reducing import declarations and requirements. Use of the FCC logo is optional. Conformity information must accompany the equipment and include essential details such as the US supplier's name, address or contact website.
